"Downtown Burbank, with plenty of dining options and a shopping mall, is all within a few blocks of the hotel. There's plenty of parking, albeit just under $30 a day, and the traffic getting in and out of the parking garage is minimal. Plus the hotel is right off the freeway. There is a train that passes the hotel and you can hear its horn, but it was not noticeable at night. The pool is small, but heated. "Room renovations where ok. The TV was wonky. The carpet is too old. The food was excellent but I believe you can get breakfast if you book in any room. Bathroom was nice. The shuttle was excellent. "

"The staff was so nice and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. My kids loved the swimming pool and the shuttle to and from Universal Studios was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Great customer service! Our flight got in close to the end of the airport shuttle service. They arranged a rideshare for us. I'm not sure if this is standard practice or a short term solution. Could have just been us not reading the amenities list close enough. We were grateful nonetheless. Good breakfast as well! "
