"We only stayed from the 31st to the 3rd. When we arrived, despite calling the day before to inform them that we would be a late check in. We got to the hotel at 10pm. We were then informed that there were no rooms availible. We were then shuttled with 3 other guests to the Sheraton Univetsal for the evening. We checked in there at 11pm by the time it was done. We were also told to get an Uber back and we would be reimbursed by the hotel. I asked for the shuttle that brought us here. They picked...

"Well run hotel. Although the building itself is dated, it has been maintained very well and the rooms have been updated. Super helpful staff. Parking is free and has security 24/7."

"Well located, friendly staff, room needed a bit better decor and lighting. The air conditioning was very loud and hard to adjust to desired temperature. "

"It was a nice place, but the $30.00 valet parking made our total stay pricy so we parked across a very busy street and walked a block to the hotel. They had a free breakfast with waffles, eggs, ready made oatmeal, and bacon. The gym was small with two treadmills, and two bikes, and 1 weight bench. We most likely won’t stay there again because of the valet charge for parking. "
