"Cosy rooms with a small, but renovated bathroom. The hallways and stairs are quite narrow and there is no elevator but since it said so on the website we knew what to expect. "Our stay was made by the hotel greeter at the door of the hotel. This gentleman was friendly and efficient . He helped me park my car in the tiniest of spaces and then ensured that we were pointed in the correct direction for the front desk. "Nice enough hotel to stay in. However there were a couple of things that could possibly have made my stay more comfortable Firstly and this is more down to personal choice tbe beds and pillows were far to soft especially the pillows as they were almost flat as soon as your head hit the pillows. "Beyond impressed with this hotel. Super clean, and my room shower had constant water pressure and hot water with no issues. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Plus, Paddington Railway station and the tube is only a 3 min walk from the hotel. There are so many amenities around the hotel, nothing to worry about. "
