"The overall property was good, it had everything we needed for our stay, it was clean and tidy. Great communication from the owner to check we arrived ok and had everything and he was very friendly, offering further support if needed. The street was very tight with parked cars on both sides and in a dead end rd which made the turning around quite difficult for us and we did find it very noisy at night with people coming and going in the neighbouring houses, talking very loudly into the early...

"Situated to the centre of Southport with lots to see and do and plenty of places to eat whether it be a restaurant or a pub.The area is very dog friendly. The annexe is clean,comfortable, peaceful and very relaxing. Dogs are welcomed. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and approachable. doorstep"

"Myself & my grandsons stayed at this property for 4 nights. The property was perfect for us with 3 good sized bedrooms & 2 toilets. The property was clean.& had all amenities that was needed. I would recommend this property. It was good value for money too."

"Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed."

We would highly recommend this holiday home if you are planning to visit the Liverpool area. Easy access to the sights of the city and great restaurants nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer! "After booking and paying in full the hosts went off grid, not only would they not respond to us, but Vrbo couldn’t get hold of them either. We were left with 3 children and a baby with nowhere to stay, 4 hours away from home. Avoid this host at all costs. Vrbo were equally unhelpful in resolving the matter, telling us to sort our own arrangements out for ourselves (at 5pm!). An incredibly stressful time, would absolutely not recommend these hosts, or Vrbo as a booking platform."
