"Had a good stay here. Booked as I was going to a concert at Homebush so location was good. A little disappointed that I couldn’t experience the rooftop bar as there was a private function, guests staying there should be able to experience all aspects of the hotel. Booked a room with a balcony facing the park but the view was obstructed due to a large area of rooftop extending from the balcony areas. It would be awesome if this area had some greenery, potted plants and such so if guests can’t...

"No helpful info on arrival (limited schedule for courtesy bus, quick garbled instructions with a pointing gesture regarding restaurant hours, no guidance on 'how to" in room eg. TV instructions, couldnt dial reception etc). Room was lovely, spacious and air conditioned and tea & coffee supplied but no toaster or microwave in room, and when we requested them we were denied. We were apparently in a "basic" room. The housekeeping staff were a delight, always friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept...
