"No power point in kitchen. Door at balcony not able to be locked. No serving dishes or salad bowls but a drawer full of salad servers. No cross ventilation. Depressing concrete enclosure on patio. Back laneway becomes a noisy drunken party area after dark with foul language. "

"It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. The kitchen is well equipped, and the layout of the apartment would suit two couples, friends or a family with older children. "I cannot fault this property. Vicki was amazing and nothing was a problem at all. Directions were easy to follow, Check-in was easy, parking right next to property, access was great. Everything that you need is there. My husband had just had surgery and was the perfect place for him to recuperate. You are at the side of the main house however you do not see or hear from the occupants of the house, although I did ask Vicki if she had an ice pack and next minute there was a knock at the door and...

"You need to pick up keys from Burleigh Letting Co - so if coming from airport it’s an additional 30 min round trip to get back to the property. We arrived late from flight and just wanted to have a shower and go to bed. When we finally got back after collecting keys we found there was NO sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Also realised there was no towels, soap, no toilet paper. We couldn’t shower without towels and had to sleep on a scratchy mattress protector and bare pillows. After...

"Great properties we stayed at 2 if their properties and they were both great. One had been newly renovated, they both had everything you needed to be self sufficient. Easy access to the beach and town. Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to asssit us. "

"Great location near the beach and convenience stores and the host was very responsive.The finishes were dated, the fridge didn’t work well, and there was no A/C (manageable for a weekend). The overnight roadworks nearby were disruptive, and the seasonal price felt high. Decent for a short stay."
