"The hotel is OK for a one night stay in order to take the ferry next day. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable enough. Unfortunately it is right next to an oil refinery which polutes the atmosphere. On a very warm night we were unable to leave the window open because of this."

"This was a highly functional suite with 2 TV’s, European refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cooktop, etc. the grocery store is<2 blocks away. Front desk is not staffed 7x24, but they ordered us a cab for non-staffed hours, and it arrived right on time. Very neat and clean. Trendy contemporary decor. We would go there again. There is dining nearby, but it is better about a 10 minute walk to the old city"

"Near to the river, to museums, you can walk o take a bus to casco antiguo, or downtown. Very convenient. I love the front river bar that they have it with heat and blanket at night. Rooms are spacious, I love the towels, they are excellent dryiers. Bed and pillow very comfortable. View to the river is another highlight! Thanks Alexi for your excellent service! "Initially it was difficult to locate the hotel. But we did so eventually. Warm welcome at reception and a lovely room. But the view was not inspiring. Overlooking the railway which was quite noisy with trains stopping and starting until late at night. We like to sleep with a window open and this was difficult with the noise."

My only issue is they there is always a lot of English staying before the ferry, but no opportunity to watch any news in English on tv.
