"The house is in a nice neighborhood. The backyard is very nice to sit and have meals with friends. I took my dog and he had plenty of space to run around. The property manager was very easy to contact and helpful. Check in and check out was very smooth. I would return to this property my next LA trip."

"This home is as charming and as beautiful as the pictures show. Perfect space with tons of character, plenty of space and lots of fund and games. The only thing to be aware of is that the headline says "heated pool and spa" but that's at an additional charge, which you won't find out until a day or two before your check in. Also, the driveway is virtually useless and if you have an elderly person with you, it's likely not a home they will be able to access safely. That said, the host is probably the most accommodating and kind VRBO host that we have ever had. The home was spotless and everything was in working order. They left us a nice welcome gift, and our stay was amazing. The home stayed cool during the warm days, even though there is lots of natural light. Keep it mind that if you are sensitive to morning light, the main floor master bedroom is quite bright. They did provide eye masks to compensate for that, but I'd suggest you bring your own larger mask. We would definitely stay there again. The value is far greater than any other house you could rent. When I did reach out to the host, he was VERY quick and helpful with his responses."
