"Some aspects of the hotel are in disrepair (ie. door handles, one of the numbers for my room number was missing). The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. While I was gone, the cleaning staff entered the room to clean. Nothing was missing, but...

"Good property with a nice location overlooking the sea. The room is spacious with a kitchen and jacuzzi. The kitchen has limited cooking appliances and the shower button is broken. "The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation. Our window over looking the ocean side, one of the windows had gone milky. The staff were great! The dining on the 10th floor was amazing, both the view and the food."

"The staff is wonderful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. The second room we got was nice and big and the bathroom had hot water. However, the first bedroom had no hot water and the second bedroom had outside dogs barking all night long. People who have pets in the neighborhood should be considerate and keep their pet dogs indoors so neighbors are able to sleep during the night."

"We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from our second floor room was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly.
