"This apartment is a very short walk to the historical old walled city of Lucca and shops for any necessities. It’s nicely furnished, with very clean and updated bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The owner,Massimo, was informative regarding the local area and immediately responsive to any of our questions. There is a washer and a dryer, and 4 bikes for use by renters, and of course off street parking. We really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to others. The only extra charges...

"Having stayed many times in apartments in Lucca I have to say that this apartment stands well above lots of others in standard, ambience and comfort. I was aware that it was three floors up, but these are the type of places I like. There was one small issue that cropped up and it was handled very well and courteously by the host family…on a Saturday!! And resolved by the same evening! This was very reassuring and made staying in their apartment even more special! I can highly recommend this...

"First of all the hostess is absolutely wonderful and is so friendly and helped me with everything from finding the best parking to the best restaurants. She met me upon arrival and explained everything in the flat. It was absolutely perfect and had everything you needed for a perfect stay. The bed was very comfortable and for being in the middle of the town center it was very quiet. The location was also convenient to the various concerts that were happening in the town.
