"The owners were very friendly and helpful. We loved the honesty “bar” an absolute rarity nowadays. The room was comfortable and spotless. When we needed a taxi, the owners arranged it for us. "

"Checked in late evening and we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who immediately showed us around the cosy hotel and our room. After entering our room, one of the first things we noticed was how clean and fresh the room was. Towels, slippers and toiletries were provided. The shower was spacious and of good pressure - just what we needed after spending a long day in Milan. The bed was very comfy and we had a restful sleep. A nice breakfast was included. The morning staff were extremely helpful and also booked us a last minute taxi for our journey back to Bergamo Airport. Overall a fantastic stay - thank you! "

"The hotel location is excellent - on the airport bus route and close to the railway station if you plan excursions to Brescia for example. It’s on a street with a number of restaurants but also has the option of room service. The rooms are modern and spacious, comfortable and very clean. Numerous options for breakfast - everything you could want in the excellent buffet. I would recommend the hotel without reservation talking about the hotel alone. However it is worth knowing that there is a space across the road 100 metres away which for one day during my stay had an open air rock concert from about 9pm to midnight. The hotel’s double glazing did not keep out the thumping bass and my room was on that side of the hotel. It’s not obvious when those evening rock concerts are going to happen so I suggest specifying a room away from the main road. None of this is the hotel’s fault but it was frustrating for one night not knowing when the music would stop."

"The Hotel was really clean and the staff was helpful and professional. It was a bit of a distance from the old town but walkable. As it was a bit of a distance, it would have been nice to have a dining option in the hotel. However, with the assistance of a very helpful front desk staff, we were able to order a pizza for supper with no problems."
