"This property is a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers, offering affordable accommodations outside of the pricey hotel zone while still providing easy access to beaches by public transportation or rental car. Its location next to a shopping mall is especially convenient, with a supermarket within walking distance where guests can even bring carts directly to their door, as well as a variety of nearby restaurants for dining options. The hotel also includes complimentary parking with security checks at every entry, creating a safe and secure environment. The staff is consistently professional, courteous, and responsive, and I was pleasantly surprised to find full-size shampoo and body wash provided in the room. However, several areas need improvement. The in-room kitchen amenities were incomplete, with chipped dishware and cookware, and one pan was rusted before being quickly replaced upon request. The oven and stove require manual ignition with matches, which is both outdated and potentially unsafe. Towel sets were also inconsistent throughout my stay, as bath mats, hand towels, and washcloths were frequently missing due to a supply shortage. Overall, this property works well for those who value location, convenience, and attentive staff, but updates to the quality and consistency of amenities would greatly enhance the guest experience.
