"The staff were fantastic. They all were friendly, attentive, willing to please. The food was better than expected, the spa was beautiful and the grounds were kept immaculate. Our butler Carlos was in touch with us everyday and made sure we had anything we requested. The vibe at the hotel was chill with a some cool fun thrown in. We will be back, very soon!! The only issue, and it’s not the resort’s fault, is the sargassum on the beach. They do try their best to remove it daily but the influx is relentless this time of year."

"The check-in was great the staff was so very nice, place was clean, the entertainment was over-the-top awesome, the pool entertainment works so very hard keeping everyone happy. They did a great job.drinks were cold and the food was great ! We have gone to this hotel for 6 times, we love it"

"I was absolutely blown away by this property during our recent team bonding trip! The experience was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone’s taste. The staff was incredibly attentive to my every need, ensuring the rooms were always clean and the fridge well-stocked. The entertainment truly stood out, especially thanks to Johnathan, the entertainer, and the bartender, who I believe also went by the name Johnathan. The entertainer was exceptionally engaging, making our stay particularly enjoyable with fun water activities, crafting bracelets by the pool, and even hosting a delightful lunch with a chef. The bartender, stationed in the lively piano bar, was equally impressive. He was attentive and made sure we had a memorable time, serving up the best drinks and shots while we enjoyed live entertainment and DJs. The only downside was the long wait times at the restaurants, even with reservations. However, this minor hiccup did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have an incredible time!"
