Everything here was amazing! Staff was great, room was clean, loved the soap from Rocky Mountain Soup Company. Only complaint is the parking, it's terrible.

The service is impersonal as everything is handled online (check in and check out). I appreciated the ease of this set up, but non-technical people may find this challenging. Room is basic, clean and had plenty of space along with basic amenities (fridge, coffee maker). Bed was comfy and parking was straightforward. Easy to walk to nearby restaurants and cafes.

I liked the location. The bed and room were fine. If you're a light sleeper, the train is going to bother you a lot. Luckily I am not a light sleeper. The morning lady at the desk was a not helpful and rude. This is a no frills place, so if you just need a place to stay, do need staff, and are not a light sleeper, it's fine.

For the most part, everything was good. The access to parking is very tight. If you have a big vehicle, parking is a problem. There is a railway track behind the property. Can get loud when the trains passing through at night. If you are light sleeper, it might be disturbing to you.
