"We arrived at Odin on 21 Dec. The lobby looks renovated but had TVs, tools, debris and construction materials all over the place. As we got off the lift, the hallway had construction materials strewn all over the floor with broken frame beds, broken nightstands and broken A/Cs. The first room, the safe was broken, it didn’t have a shower head, the door to the balcony would not lock, & there were clearly missing pieces of furniture in the room. We asked for another room and had the same issues...

"Let me start off by saying that the staff member, the husband and wife are extremely nice. This hotel has no let me say it again no elevator and the Wi-Fi doesn’t even exist up in our room. They put my family up on the 4 floor two adults and two kidsr. We had to carry our luggage, super heavy up to the fourth floor and back down when we checked out. The noise last until three to 4 o’clock in the morning. I felt like we were in a war zone every night. I was always hoping that it would rain...

"Its the second time I’m coming to Pek House during my stay in Phuket. Nuna the host is amazing super helpful with everything and kind. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. Everytime I’m going to Phuket I’m coming here. "

"A bit run down pool need a bit 0f work to clean and repair the stairs safe didnt work and fridge would cut on and off "

"I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all"

"What a gem this place is. Owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly. Helpful in every way they could be. The property is situated down a quaint alley that adjoins other apartment complexes. We enjoyed people watching with the morning coffee, and just talking it all in. Steps away is a great locals restaurant where we were able to eat for a family of 3 for about $9 CAD. "Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. We went here for a portion of our honeymoon in Thailand and it really was everything we had imagined it would be. Breathtaking views from our room and all around the property. Food is phenomenal , with a massive selection making it easy to never leave the resort. The beach has access to plenty of other restaurants and a busy walking street with shops and restaurants. The staff were incredible, special shout out to the Muay Thai class which was such an amazing experience to learn from a real fighter and it was free!!! Highly recommend if you're the type that likes to get some exercise on vacation. The koi ponds were stunning. The hotel offers a 2 seater side car motorcycle for rent which was so much fun. The roads on the island are in great condition and not very busy so its the perfect opportunity to try it out if you're not an experienced motorcycle rider. I could go on for a long time, but I think you get the jist of it. Just go here its worth it. Consider taking a ferry/speedboat from a pier if you dont want to do the compulsory speedboat or cant like in our case we were coming from Krabi. "

"I love the club suites at Amari. We are returning guests and have never stayed in the two bedroom balcony suite and this time we did. I have no regrets staying here with my family as it was just excellent. Comfortable beds and apartment with amazing breakfast (the best we have had in Phuket) at club Pakarang. The staff at the club are fantastic and we also received very good service at the rest of the hotel. I would return here again and recommend this hotel for families or couples as it is quiet yet within walking or tuk tuk distance to the busy areas of patong. The kids club is also great. "
