"The grounds were beautifully manicured with vast, blossoming flowers and shrubs. Pool is tastefully decorated and up kept. Unsure about the private seating areas for rent. Nobody rented the spaces duing my stay, while there wasn't enough seating for others at the pool. People sat on the pool patio. Staff is amazing, accommodating, friendly, and eager to help and please. There were minor issues with maintenance..... switches flipped which needed to be reset, cable box not working, toilet...

"Lovely place. Great view and friendly staff. The room we had was beach view and the large bath. It was clean and very easy to get to the beach. I will say that the bathroom is VERY small and the mattress is of the soft kind so if youre used to firm mattresses you might find that disagreeable. The pool and hot tub were clean and the place was quiet after 9pm. Its one of the better hotels in Old Orchard Beach right now!"
