"First Class Service from the second you walk into the hotel. The staff are exceptionally well trained and operate as a real team in every aspect. World Class ! The location is perfect for walking around Stellenbosch. Although parking is limited outside, the hotel’s concierge/valet service is excellent. Food in the hotel at Helena’s on the patio and breakfast inside was also easy and very yummy ! Rooms and amenities fabulous. This is 5 Star everywhere. "

"This hotel is a fantastic base for a visit to the wine region. The hotel is a short drive from Franschhoek with the hotel providing an excellent shuttle bus service. The staff could not be any more friendly or obliging if they tried and we really felt at home here. The only gripe is that the pool beds are not that comfortable but otherwise this a hotel I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again."

"Overall the hotel was excellent with 2 lovely clean pools. Our studio room was clean but small with a very small bathroom which needed upgrading. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Good location with many restaurants nearby."
