"Beautiful resort with clean rooms. We stayed at the newly renovated Royal west tower. Free drinking water refill station on our floor. The pool and water park was minutes away. We went to the beach in the morning and have no problem finding a chair. The hotel mended everything so easy with the ability to put all expenses under room charge. "

"Had a wonderful time at Riu Paradise Island. Staff is friendly and there are plenty of activities. Here are a few tips, get cash as there is no ATM and it is helpful for tips to staff. It is all inclusive so the barside pool can get, I will say hectic, so if something more calm is your style grab a drink and head to the other pool or down to the beach to relax. The more resort activities you do the more Riu bucks that can be won for prizes so start early and also download the Riu App before visiting. Definitely would return."

"Loved everything about the 2 properties and private island! Convenient location, 5-10 min from the airport. Walkable, plenty of restaurants on and off the properties. Great service, great shopping, taxis on site, even a water taxi to get to the island! People and service are outstanding! You can choose various all inclusive packages- drinks only or breakfast only etc. Was not crowded. Beautiful beaches, lagoons, cabanas, umbrella huts and lounges everywhere. Flamingos and iguanas on private island! Must stay!"
