"This was the 3rd time we've visited St Thomas, but the first time taking our adult sons. And, we did it for Thanksgiving! We loved the Seaview Villa and really appreciated all of us having our own space with the 3 separate sleeping areas. Beautiful view from the deck for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails by the pool. We had one day of rain, which was nice to sit under the covered pergolas. "The house was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of gathering space for our family. The deck, pool area and dock were all nice spaces with spectactular views. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sipping coffee overlooking the sound. We had a maintenance issue with the pool, but property manager and maintence man addressed it immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay and are thankful to have made wonderful memories on Chalk Sound."

"We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice."
