"Excellent stay and would definitely stay again. The staff was top notch in every way. The hotel was nice and the private beach was great. The location was great and close to shopping and places to eat. They only had one elevator working but that wasn’t much of an issue. "

"We checked in very late in the night because of flight delays. Regardless we were checking in at 3:30am the front desk guy was attentive and very welcoming. He shared advice on where to go if we wanted to have a few drinks and also gave advice of where to grab food at those hours if we just wanted to stay in. The entire Hotel was beautiful. Walking distance to everything. I didn’t pack sneakers and we were suppose to sightsee/walk around San Juan, footlocker was just a block or 2 away so I was able to get some comfortable walking shoes. "

"The resort was nice and on the smaller side, which I actually prefer. The rooms could use some updating, but the overall experience was great. The staff were excellent—very friendly and welcoming. The food was also very good"

"Had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the service by the pool—everyone was attentive and helpful. Spent some time in the casino and had a lot of fun there too. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The coral rooms are not updated as stated. No water in room . Room service (house keeping ) was excellent. "
