"House was great with all the amenities"

"The house did Not meet my expectation:The house is 20/30 min from most places (which I knew this was not a big deal, but there was a lot of driving back and forth).The host was very responsive before and during our stay and very nice.Very disapointed that when we arrived the Pool was Green and as a pool owner know it was unsafe to swim so we stayed away.. They came to clean the pool on about day 4 (at that time the pool was crystal blue and clean), but that should be done before a guest checks...
