"We had a lot of fun with multiple pools and rapid river. However overall, the staff were very unkind. The marina shopping area at night the vibe was good however there weren’t many selection of stores to enjoy. Also they were very unkind and very overpriced. "

She enthusiastically shared restaurants and other must-sees. Karla, by the pool, was the icing on the cake. With her historical knowledge about the resort, she took time to ask how my day was going. La Concha is not just a beautiful lodging; it's a lovely sensory experience that makes you feel at home, even when you're away from home. "
