"We loved the location. Half a block to the beach/promenade, walking distance to downtown stores, restaurants. We took the Coaster to downtown San Diego. We could have gotten off at any of the stops in between there and Carlsbad to explore instead of dealing with parking. Short drive to Oceanside and other towns. Garage, washer/dryer were a big plus. We actually were able to extend our stay by four days. Rene got back to us quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend Unit C. Thank you Rene....

"This place was perfect for our family on our recent trip to the San Diego area. We had people with varying levels of mobility present and the single story home had an accessible and open layout. The large kitchen was great for family dinners after a day out and about. Overall great stay!"

"A close walk to the beach and convenient to Carlsbad Village along with many coastal areas. One of the best stocked houses we’ve ever rented! The garage/playroom was a big hit for my 18 month old granddaughter. Bedding was very comfy and shower felt great. My son in law said hot tub was amazing. I would definitely rent again when in the area!"

"Our family came together to celebrate my parents 60th anniversary and this house had something for everyone! We had three generations (ages 22-84) in our party and everyone could find something to do. The pool and jacuzzi were a big hits as were all the water toys. The house is very spacious with lots of room for family meals together as well as quiet time to read. "Mostly great! Good location, easy walk to beach. Equipped kitchen. House could have been cleaner- dog hair… couch throws smelt like dog. Would have been nice to have been pre-warned that there are people that live/stay on same property. "

"The house is well maintained and is in a great neighborhood walking distance to the beach. The bedrooms are all good size and the master is very nice. The home gets good light. There are a number of stairs to get to the main living area and two of the bedrooms but other than that we enjoyed our stay and would use this home again."
