Most staff are attentive & polite with the exception of Ingrid at breakfast - who could improve her attitude when customers order items not included in the standard breakfast. "Amazing! I was a bit nervous because it was my first time in Cartagena. The area is a quiet beach zone about 15 min from Boca Grande. Staff was amazing! greeted us so professionally. Escorted us to our room and took the time to answer questions. The Infiniti pool on the 15th floor is AMAZING. Sandy and George at the front desk were so nice. I can't wait to go back "
