"The train was almost three hours late by the time my grandson and I got into Wenatchee and our pickup ride was stuck on the pass due to an accident.What a relief to find an affordable, safe and nice motel within walking distance from the train station that late at night."

"15 minutes before pool closing, the front desk person, Emilee, demanded that we exit the pool area. Her attitude felt like a personal attack although the other guests near us at the pool were also felt her approach was aggressive and unprofessional. She had looked at our personal belongings and saw that we had cigarette packs in our possession. She asked for our room number and when we inquired why, she wrongfully accused us of smoking in non designated areas. This was uncalled for as we adhered to all rules and policies during our stay and had only smoked in the designated area where the ashtray fixture was stationed by the parking lot. We intend to follow up with hotel management. "
