"This was our 3rd visit to Napoli and this hotel. The hotel is wonderful with nice, quiet rooms with balconies overlooking the Neopolitan chaos!! We did not have time to enjoy the fabulous rooftop restaurant for dinner this time, but they serve breakfast there in the morning and we sat outside on a gorgeous morning to enjoy the incredible view!! The only negative issue we had in all the times we have stayed here was the breakfast manager. Breakfast was included with our room but we had to leave at 0600 the next morning so we didn't have time for breakfast the second morning. We tried to take some apples after breakfast the first day so we had something to eat on the second morning, but the breakfast manager was very rude and just kept saying "no". We paid for breakfast, sir!!! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience. The train and subway station is right across Garibaldi Square and you can easily walk up into the incredibly vibrant little streets of Napoli!! Please don't be afraid of visiting Naples. It is crowded and noisy and dirty by the train station, but so incredibly beautiful everywhere else and we never felt unsafe. "

"Really enjoyed our stay for the final leg of our Italy honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to welcome us. As a lovely surprise, they had upgraded our room, left us a thoughtful and welcoming letter in the room accompanied by a selection of cakes and pastries, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, fully equipped, very comfortable, and had a gorgeous view over the port and the city, and it will definitely be our accomodation of choice next time we stay in Naples. "Ibis hotel felt safe and secure and we had a very comfortable night. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. Reception called a taxi for us to leave for the airport in the morning, making it a quick and easy departure. 5/5 stars!"
