"An amazing place to stay in naples. Right by the ocean. The only issue was the metro station in chiaia was underconstruction most of the time (and has been for quiet some time) so had to walk 30/40 min to the city centre. Other that the most beautiful place to stay"
"The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). Thank you to StarHotels Terminus for a wonderful stay! "
"The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples."
"Management couldn’t do enough to assist. I’m a 70 year old female travelling alone & the hotel was immaculate, walking distance to the Naples port & the breakfast was awesome. I notified the hotel that I was gluten intolerant & I was presented with an individual selection of GF food.
