"When we checked into our room after a long delay, due to a church having a convention and the hotel not receiving the church's cc number. I was delayed over two hours to check in. The hotel knew the people were coming and knew that the hotel did not have the cc info. Hotel should of been proactive about solving the issue before they showed up. On our way to our room, housekeeping had four to five bags of dirty smelly laundry in the hallway outside our room.. We could smell it in our room"

"We were in town to watch the Copa America game and the proximity of the hotel to the Mercedes Benz Stadium was so close. Just a short walk away. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.
