"Pros: The property was clean but dated. Easy to find. Easy parking. Short drive to downtown Sedona. Cons: The room was not as described when booked- no couch, fireplace or Red Rock view. The gas “wood stove” was difficult to start with confusing directions. We had an adjoining room and our “neighbors” were so loud that it sounded like they were in the same room. A reasonable place to stay as far as cleanliness and proximity to downtown, but not worth the extra price I paid to have a view,...

"This hotel is in the process of being transitioned to Hilton Grand Vacations property. It's going to need a real refresh to meet that standard. Our King Suite was comfortable. The location is fantastic. My only complaint is that we called on the morning of check-in to request a ground-floor room and to see if we could check in early.
