"Nice hotel near the 35 tram which circles the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast is somewhat limited (e.g. no fruit, eggs and beans for hot food) but worked for us. Limited towels in the room. No wash cloths. That was the biggest complaint. Overall I would recommend. "

"Pros: Good customer service, hotel facilitated an early check-in and providing different pillows. Bed was comfortable, location was great - walking distance to Melbourne Park for the AO, the airconditioner worked well, great blackout curtains and housekeeping service. Nice food at Harry's restaurant for dinner and the buffet breakfast. Cons: Hotel is way past its prime, would have been 5 star in the 80's & 90's but not now. The facilities and rooms are a bit run down e.g., tiles in the main...
