"My peronal experience is the staff were exceptional, the food was delightful and the service was great. I happen to be there during Grad City Week, if i was aware of the overwhelming amount of teenagers that would swarm the resort i wouldve book at a later date. "This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning....
