"Hotel and grounds have definitely not been updated in a very long time. The pics are probably from when the hotel opened and are not accurate at this time. Found someone’s night cap behind the bedside table and small ants in the room. Staff was very nice and had an enjoyable time in the bar area. Excellent seafood quesadillas!"

"This property is amazing! It is completely unique and so relaxing! We stayed in a raised hut. The view was gorgeous! It simply cannot be beat! "Staying at A Stone Throw away was a unique experience, a historical hotel with an ambience from a time long gone by, absolutely charming. Beautiful lush tropical garden, an amazing covered entrance to the hotel reminding guests somewhat of an entrance to a fortress. The personnel was so nice and very helpful. The Beach was close and the Indian dinner delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you."
