"Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. "Absolutely beautiful place to stay, my partner and I had one of the balcony rooms and it was lovely; very clean and well kept, we were provided with a kettle as well as tea, coffee and biscuits which was a nice surprise! The walkways at night from the spa area need to be lit up as it was quite dangerous. Room was comfortable. Some shared areas look like they need refurbishment. "

"Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time "
