"Super cute, comfy and very well stocked. Location was great; safe, quiet and convenient. Pellet smoker and fire pit rocked. Communication was 5*. "

"We didn't actually stay here because the host never responded to more than 2 weeks of communication by my and Vrbo.I reached out to extend the stay a day. No response for 5 straight days of messages. Vrbo emailed and called them multiple times with no response. I followed up with calls, messages, and even finding them on LinkedIn.Still no response, even after the trip date came and went. 0/10, do not recommend as this host is approving trips but is utterly non-responsive. "

"This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8. There was plenty of space to spread out, and we really enjoyed the great gathering areas both inside and outside. Everything was clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the amenities we could need. The hosts were fantastic at communicating and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Plus, the location was ideal—close to everything in town. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our stay!"

"The online pics of this property are NOT what u will get in person! The box spring was stained with what could have been blood; the majority of the blinds were either broken or missing sections: the bathroom toilets were dirty; the microwave and fridge were filthy; I could go on. We spent time and money going to Walmart to purchase cleaning supplies, sheets for the bed (didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the ones provided), etc and because it was the weekend of the Iron Bowl, we could not find...

"Had a great stay at Gray Villa! Came to town with friends for a football game. The house is set up very well for multiple couples/friends. Very clean. Loved the back yard for a fire pit in the evening! Host had toiletries and all amenities that you may need. Thanks so much! Would definitely stay here again!"

"If your looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Tuscaloosa this is your place. We have never seen so many Alabama themed items in a home before. With the sky high prices of hotel rooms during game weekends this is a much better option for 5 or 6 people. Thank you Brenda"

"We had a race event at Barber Motorsports and this house was very easily accessible to the track. There’s a Publix really close and several restaurants. The house was well appointed with plenty of space to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe."
