"Fairly good "

"We stayed 3 separate nights at the Hotel for this trip. They were responsive through the WhatsApp chat but don’t try to call. The shuttle must be booked before hand. The shuttle from the airport was not consistent. One of the shuttle vans was not “branded” so no way we could identify it. Lucky for us we overheard other guests asking the driver if it’s the shuttle. It looks like the Hotel outsources the shuttle service to another company. The shuttle service to the airport was orderly and great. I love the Hotel provides hydration station at the Lobby. The food at the restaurant outside the main building was better the lobby restaurant. "

"I was looking for something close to airport and this was a good choice "

"This hotel is pretty close to the airport and we had a day before our early morning flight to Punta Arenas so decided to stay at this hotel as they have a shuttle service. The hotel is excellent if you need to stay near the airport. It is quite far from the city. We were also told that the area around the hotel is not very safe to walk around at night. They have a restaurant that is quite decent. Uber is available to get to the city. Overall a pretty good hotel. They also allowed us early checkin as our flight reached very early in the morning. We did not get to try their breakfast as we only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM. They did offer us packed breakfast though."

"Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santiago, the service was fantastic from start to finish. The room was big, very clean and excellent view and the roof top pool and bar wow! Area is fantastic aswell on the door step to some of the best parts of Santiago, we walked everywhere and felt incredibly safe. "

"Hotel restaurant served an excellent breakfast and dinner for a separate fee. Dinning options in the area are scarce but it's about 2 blocks walk to the costanera mall that has a wide range of restaurants and food court. The area is more for office space so there's few sightseeing for tourists. The room was very spacious but it could use more lightning especially in the closet. The subway station is 2 blocks away and the bus stop is at the front door of the hotel. "
