"Tour très sécurisée dans un quartier où il ne FAUT pas sortir après la fin d’après midi. Appartement défraîchi ; chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas ; mitigeur d’eau qui se remet en mode «baignoire » donc douche avec faible débit à une main (l’autre tenant le bouton). Pas très propre. Laverie (1500 pesos le lave-linge ou le sèche linge) à disposition en bas de la tour."

"The tenant seems doesn’t care about customer service! He took 2 hours to respond after my arrival in the building! Did not even respond to building manager! Finally gave access code ! Make sure that he give access code as you book!"

"It was great, the apartment is small but nice for 2 people the only but thing I would say is that during winter time it’s important that the apartment could have a heater inside because there were nights that temperature were 1 degree or even lower so it was really cold, and check the internet at all times because we didn’t have for 2 days while we stayed inside the apartment."

"I booked from Dec 1 to Dec 11, Two weeks before Dec 1, I sent a message to the property administrator informing her that I will arrive on Dec 2 at 9 AM, this to make sure that the apartment will be ready. When I arrived on Dec 2nd at 9 AM, the apartment was not ready and was told that she could assign me one apt after 3 pm, giving that this is the checking time (When I paid check in from Dec 1 at 3 PM already). Great airport hotel

"We stayed 3 separate nights at the Hotel for this trip. They were responsive through the WhatsApp chat but don’t try to call. The shuttle must be booked before hand. The shuttle from the airport was not consistent. One of the shuttle vans was not “branded” so no way we could identify it. Lucky for us we overheard other guests asking the driver if it’s the shuttle. It looks like the Hotel outsources the shuttle service to another company. The shuttle service to the airport was orderly and great. I love the Hotel provides hydration station at the Lobby. The food at the restaurant outside the main building was better the lobby restaurant. "

City Express by Marriott Santiago Aeropuerto Chile

"This hotel is pretty close to the airport and we had a day before our early morning flight to Punta Arenas so decided to stay at this hotel as they have a shuttle service. The hotel is excellent if you need to stay near the airport. It is quite far from the city. We were also told that the area around the hotel is not very safe to walk around at night. They have a restaurant that is quite decent. Uber is available to get to the city. Overall a pretty good hotel. They also allowed us early checkin as our flight reached very early in the morning. We did not get to try their breakfast as we only stayed one night and had to leave for the airport at 3:30 AM. They did offer us packed breakfast though."

Fantastic hotel in santiago

"Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Santiago, the service was fantastic from start to finish. The room was big, very clean and excellent view and the roof top pool and bar wow! Area is fantastic aswell on the door step to some of the best parts of Santiago, we walked everywhere and felt incredibly safe. "
