"We stayed at the hotel twice in February ( 19th and on the 23rd and 24th). First prior to our domestic flight to Rapa Nui then before our international flight to Canada. The hotel is ideally located between the the Domestic and Internal terminals at SCL Airport, just a few minutes saunter from either terminal. "The hotel was good, the room was nice. The restaurant was very good and staff was very kind. The only issue is that the surroundings at night may not be safe, so you have to drive your car or take a taxi instead of walking to a restaurant. During the day, it was close to interesting places like Casa de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas and cerro Santa Lucía."

"The Hotel was very conveniently located and the main lobby area was really great. The food and drink were not expensive. However the rooms and else where in the hotel were very tired and in need of modernisation And the railings in the lifts were smeared I felt I couldn’t hold onto them. Our room was clean but there were chips out of the table and the area around the sink in the bathroom was chipped also. "Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. "Great stay, all according to the details provided by expedia. If I had to complain about something it would be street noise. Hotel is located in a main street, i.e. public tranportation runs all night and that noise is inevitable. Other than that, all was just perfect."
