The food was incredible, the cute Lastarria area is great to roam around and try different restaurants and bars, and the staff went above and beyond. The concierge, Martin, arranged shipping a package home and luggage delivery for us. He really made it feel like a luxury experience! We stayed for part of our honeymoon while in Santiago exploring wine regions and Valparaiso. "
