"Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!"

"This basement apartment is like an unexpected jewel. The home is older, but when we opened the door to the VRBO, it was a pleasurable shock! It was well updated, clean, peaceful, and everything the description stated. We enjoyed our time there, sharing meals, playing games, etc. The owners provided bathroom items, extra towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc,, in abundance. The neighbor upstairs was always pleasant when we crossed paths. Location: Close by, less than a mile...

"Property is walkable to nearby grocery, shopping, a few blocks away from Aspen Mountain Gondola, unit is clean, though when i booked a package from Expedia, it was for 3 persons, so there is a queen size bed and the sofa bed, the sofa bed did not come with “bed sheet like” cover, they called me a week before my arrival to ask if there is anything i would like to request like pillows, so i asked if we could have 2 pillows each total of 6, on the day of departure they replied that the caretaker is...
