"Great spot for a family vacation. Basically in the heart of all tourist spots and very fun."

"Loved everything in the hotel. It was a surprise to find it so clean and comfortable. The rooms have a very good size, the kitchen is well furnished, the laundry room is an amazing addition, having the room distribution as if it was a small apartment was a nice surprise too. The breakfast was good enough and my kids enjoyed their time at the pool. The hotel location is perfect, and has easy access to dining and shopping."

"Accommodation were phenomenal. Rooms were comfortable and up to date. Lots of charging ports. Bath area configuration was a bit strange, and cramped. We agreed to a sales presentation in exchange for compensation and a late check out. The day before our appointment we received calls and texts telling us our appointment was that day. Our paper said otherwise.Then on the day of checkout, we received several vists from staff telling us we had to be out of the room at 10am instead of the late checkout we were promised. "

"This was the first family trip in a very long time. We had an amazing time. The hotel was clean and the employees were anll very friendly and helpful. We loved the waterpark and the arcade. Only thing that we could complain about was our room location. It was on the first floor facing the lobby check in area. So while we tried relaxing on the patio it was hard due to the high number of cars and buses coming and going at al hours of the day and night. Also, waiting to retrieve my id after borrowing a luggage cart. Both times I had to wait a while for someone to come and assist me. We also had to ask multiple times to have our room restocked of paper products and trash bags. "
