"The beds were terrible. me and my wife were sore and couldn't sleep comfortably during our stay. Our room was on the front side and the traffic noise was terrible! I left something in my room and called back shortly after signing out to see if it had been turn in, no help. Called the next day and spoke to the manager and he had no idea what I was calling about.
