"The property is compact but cute. They have a door that slides across doorway between the bedroom and the living room that blocks noise from the outside. We did find the property chilly but when we contacted the owner, he had one of his staff come over, wait a few minutes for us outside, and provide us with space heaters that warmed the place up very effectively and quietly. We felt valued and cared for. I highly recommend this cozy little place and the people who manage it!"

"Terrible owner- terrible communication, terrible stay all around. BEWARE of this OWNER- they have a number of suites in the area and they get you to commit then they are not helpful or responsive. SERVICE SUCKS I have asked to speak to a manager everyday and they refuse"

"The high level is the location.The place is large, with good temperature control.Some things could be easily improve, such basic supply in kitchen, like a cutting board.But the real thing you need be concerned is about de noisy, we dont now what happen but people up star looks like march, drag furniture, overthron things intil 2 a.m. especially in the room area."

"This was a wonderful place, and Wayne was a wonderful host. He had a cheese plate awaiting us for our anniversary and was always quick to reply and suggest activities around town. The apartment was small and cozy, just as described. The bed was pretty soft, but I like it that way. We felt safe here day or night out walking from the Metro Station that was a little over 500 feet away and VERY CONVIENENT! Overall A++"

"Stayed at this Old Town Alexandria property for 4 night during Christmas week, while visiting relatives in the DC area over the Holidays. This property was exactly as advertised-no surprises! Right on King Street (but quiet) in the heart of Old Town, this property takes up the entire 2nd floor of a charming historic 2-story residence, with a lovely retail store immediately below. Spacious, exceptionally appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom & a half, very large master bedroom...

"Love the apartment! It's spacious, impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. We didn't have a car but it's walking distance to restaurants and less than a block from Metro, which got us everywhere we needed to go a lot more quickly than driving. Best of all was the excellent communication from the host. They gave us detailed check-in/check-out instructions and got back to us immediately to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this rental and We Host!"
