"This is probably the best hotel I’ve been to and I have been to over 100 hotels. The staff was phenomenal the fact that they cater to children as well as adults. They provide breakfast and dinner plus free drinks. My son and I couldn’t be more happy with our choice in hotels and we will definitely be staying here every time we’re in Grand Rapids from now on. "We got there late, a late check-in. Just the person checking us in was there no one to help with our bags up to the third floor. I was called that morning and told the elevator was out, but there would be plenty of guys to help. It was myself 73 year-old female and my daughter and her two young girls seven and nine. It wasn’t great trying to get up all those stairs. I understand the elevator was out, but in that case, you need to have at least one guy on duty to help with bags at all times."
