"Love the convenience of everything being inside, resort, restaurants, arcade and pool. There were free parking options close to the resort. Staff were friendly, most staff were knowledgeable about hours of operations of events happening and what the plans are for the furture of the resort, considering it just opened. The price was reasonable. The $200 room insurance when checking in blind sided me, but you do get it back. Overall, a great place to take your family or celebrate a special occasion! "

"Overall, I would say the property was amazing. The staff was excellent. Everything was clean sheets in bed were very nice. The only issue is we had was we left something at the front desk and got a claim ticket for it and it took four times to get anybody to find it. On the fourth trip, I was looking for it when one of the guests from my room came down and said they had gotten it. Not an actual issue, but the person from my room did get it without the claim ticket that raised a little concern for me. In defense to the staff, we had all been together multiple times when we were trying to get it, so there was definitely recognition of who it belonged to. But I still find the notion somewhat concerning. "

"We stayed as husband was released from hospital with a wheelchair. We needed a place to stay for a few days. We requested a handicap room and were delighted to find a lovely king suite with walk in shower. The housekeeping staff were great keeping us supplied as needed. "
