"This was mu first VRBO booking, so I was a bit nervous...and was pleasantly surprised. This listing was exactly as pictured/described. The cottage was very clean and very well stocked (pillows, blankets, towels - both kitchen and bath). It was in a great location and close to lots amenities, but very quiet/cozy. The host was attentive and kind."

"I might still have chosen this place if it had been advertised correctly. The price is very good. The initial photo is deceptive. The streetcar is over a ten minute walk away 0.6 miles. The neighborhood is nice to one side but the building itself looks like a dump on the outside (paint would help). The price is great and the place is pretty clean. One pot was icky and the bed kept getting dust and dirt from either the very dirty ceiling fan or the air conditioner. It was great to have an air...
