"Good location and size for us. Close to winter fun, resort had nice amenities. The walls are a little thin as it’s an older building, but it wasn’t bad (neighbors were all fine on noise level). "

The first night they were paving/doing road work all night (would have been nice to know, I would have selected a different location as I was on a working trip.) "We have frequented Sunriver for several decades and stayed at many properties- this one is one of the top locations for us. We loved the view of the lake- it was serene and quiet. And lots of walks on the paths around the nature area/observatory were beautiful in the snow. This compact and well-appointed place is ideal for a couple or two or a small family. "Phil is a great host! Arrived easily to this beautiful resort. Very easy to find and get access to parking/house. House was clean, tidy, and stocked with all needed items for our stay (dishes, games, coffee, etc.). Just a short distance to Old Mill District and to Mountain Bike/Hiking trails. Onsite facilities were nice to relax with pools, cafe, and entertainment area. Will definitely stay at this house again!"
