"Everything was phenomenal from food to service to hospitality. They even held our luggages while we went on the cruise for 5 nights. Our flight arrived at 7 am and check in was not suppose to be until later afternoon. They offered keys at 10 am which was so nice with little exhausted kids "

"Pros: Clean rooms, friendly bell and counter staff, amazing seafood restaurant just in the lobby of the hotel, well- maintained facilities Cons: Windows are not sound proof, and you will hear the mosque next door (which can wake you up in the early morning). Night guard sitting at the lobby table is rude."

"Our room was located on the first flore and very very humid. The carpet was smelling a little. The price was good for Singapore and the our kids enjoyed the pools. We also liked having a big grocery Fairprice) onsite to buy our breakfasts there and save on restaurants costs. Free shuttle every hour to get to the closest train station is very convinient. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Clean, spacious and modern room. Conrad Centennial is the best out of the surrounding hotels in the Suntec city area. The doormen, receptionists and staff at the breakfast buffet are super helpful and friendly. I’d definitely come back to this hotel next time I visit Singapore. "
