"My family and I stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, however upon checking into our room, the room had a weird smell similar to mould smell. The room definitely need a vent in the shower as theres not much ventilation in the room beside the aircon. Would we stay there again? Maybe but definitely need to request a different room but the location of the hotel is quite good, across the hotel theres a shopping mall and it is a walking distance to bugis junction and MRT is quite close. "

"The Hotel Grand Copthorne was a wonderful place to stay as a base for our week touring Singapore. The staff were lovely and so very accommodating. The hotel was spotless and it was wonderfully located on the river and so close to train and bus stations. We highly recommend Grand Copthorne and we will return to this hotel when we come back some time in the future. "

"The Hotel was very comfortable - lovely room - were only there for 2nights - The water for bath and sink only Luke warm. Twice a maintenance had to come and sort out the problem - Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent choice for breakfast. "

"Location in Singapore is second to none as it is directly above a large shopping mall with great selection of eateries and shops. Also direct acess to the MRT which is a big bonus. Faces a beautiful green area and overlooks some of the more quaint colonial buildings whilst easy to walk from the hotel to Marina Bay and the Gardens. Also, opposite Raffles Hotel and a further large shopping mall and CHIJMES which has great eating options. The only downsides were (a) check-in not possible until...
