The best service is they offer is the person who checks you in gives you their What’s App phone number and they are available for you to message with any questions etc… Remy was allocated to us and he was amazing. He even made recommendations for a tailor, best Bahn Mi and dinner options. He even made bookings for us at restaurants in old town for us. Hotel is clean and the spa is world class. We will be back"

"We booked the 3 bedroom villa and it was spacious for our family of 4 travelling with grandparents and an uncle. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is deep with no kid safety fence so have to be extra careful with watching kids. Facilities were great and buffet breakfast was delicious "
