"Beds not comfortable. Curtains in queen room filthy. Curtain between lift and lobby filthy. Says on key card happiness is in the detail. What detail? Does not exist . Coffee tray and tissue holder needs to be changed. Everything old and tired. BATS bar across the way plays loud music to 2am and also karaoke bar on other side so depends which room you get.
