"Great stay at Chill Suites. Checkin went smoothly and quickly. Staff were on hand via watsapp if needed. Room was very clean when we arrived and cleaned thoroughly on request. Air conditioning worked well. Great location for Jalan Alor street, LaLaport mall and Berjaya Times Square a 10mins walk. Hang Tua station lees than 10 mins away and is the nearest station. "

"Great stayed , Great location to access public transport within walking distance to LRT, MRT and Rapid KL buses. Near to main tourist attractions. "We really enjoyed the rooftop pool area, which could use more lounge chairs. The staff was very attentive and quick to assist you so thumbs up to them! The hotel was located in close proximity to a lot of sites so we walked. There were a lot of guests so breakfast was somewhat crazy… plenty of food but it disappeared rather quickly. I really can’t complain but could have used more fresh fruit and granola cereal with dried fruit selection. Other than that, I would stay there again."

"I wouldnt stay there again. The staff are creepy & didnt wanna help & tried to argue with me. It is a non smoking hotel - but all the rooms had ash trays & people have been smoking in there. No fridges in rooms. It is a 2 star hotel & it says a 3 star hotel on Expedia. It also says alot more untrue things on Expedia. I will never stay there again."
